Log in problems

Hi, I have a problem, When i try to log in the launcher there is a message ''Incorrect username or password''. I tried to change my password to my other (still does not work) and then I reset it by click on ''forgot password'' but still nothing. To this moment I played normal. In the website I can log normal, I try everything and I was searching for the problem in the forum but I do not know what to do. ''remember me'' box is disabled
