hello, why I can not open 2 accounts at the same time now since the game crash, before i can open it to transfer some items to the other account ???

 

to be faster, what solution did you try?

 

like every time i open the launcher and start the game, then i open an other time the same launcher and start again the game before it's working but now every time i try to open an other time the launcher when the game playing, the launcher crash and gamez aion launcher close( but the first game i log still playing !!!

 

restarted PC? otherwise clean the cache...

have you restarted your pc before doing other things?

otherwise try to open task manager and where there is "Process on background" end up aion.

 

well i restart the PC and open quikly 2 time the launcher succesfully and actually i have my 2 accounts open but now trade don't work, i open successfully the trade option (my two accounts are premium) but i can't trade an armor item ? do you think i need become vip to trade this item ( the "tiamat guerd's handguards lvl 60 )?

i remember now that, once a was vip for one month and i can transfer any item to an other account

 

yes, it requires VIP to trade...little suggestion: since it's a droppable item and not even hard, you know what you may do not to wait your vip if you want that item
