Logging in dead?

    I'm not sure why or even how this is happening but I log in and I'm dead. No option to respawn or anything. Just stuck dead and lifeless.

    I assume this means my characters are not logging out properly, which makes sense because I have to quit out of the game to switch charaters (the log out option is not working).

    Any way to fix this?
