    I already reset the password and still can't log in to the launcher, only on the site

    i got the same issue, even tried to make a new account, and that did not solve it either....

    well you have to restart the game after you have changed the password on the website, and sometimes it takes a while before it is updated...that is all I can tell you about that, it works for me and pretty much everyone else
