Login issue -timeout-

hello again ! , well....i read all the comments and it seems i am not the only one who is having this prob , i did make new account and i try to log in but the prob still the same , i even try to rescue on the web site still the same , it would be very silly of me to have the doubts about my windows defender ?

 

It's worth a try and I wouldn't say silly It could also be server side issue.

 

test it out nope its not , i guess its the server side issue , i did make this post cuz i need to make sure if the prob with me or if there is some stuff i need to know and also if i am the only one who is having this issue but it seems i am not the only one , i totally appreciate ur help , passion , and your time with me <3 :)

 

Mhm.. wish I could be a little more helpful but unfortunately when it comes to connection problems or server side issues, there is nothing much I can do about it =/

You are not stuck with WarChild.
Pretty sure it has something to do with the server if you are not the only one encountering this issue.

 

its same pattern again and im pretty sure it will happen again tomorrow. lareldal tried to unstuck me before too but its same problem i cannot log in .

@Lareldal tried to unstuck your character but she couldn't because your character wasn't stuck. You are getting disconnected from the server, it could be one of the following:
1. Server side issue as I have already mentioned before. The chances are higher since you are not the only one encountering the disconnects.
2. You are most likely having connection issues. Try restarting your router, I'm not sure how effective can this be but it's definitely worth a try.

i tried restarting my router and its a 3rd time im doing that today,.. i even called my ISP and theres no problem in my side, during this time period when i cant connect to the server i can connect in another games without issues. and it only happens in a certain time period, starting 2am - 10 am or more gamez time zone

 

I understand but like I said it could either be one of the options. If it's not your internet connection then it most likely server side issue.
I tried to help you but as you can see the manual kick is ineffective because the character isn't stuck, meaning there is no online character to kick out.
All I can do is to forward the problem so @Carl and the rest of the dev team will investigate what exactly is going on.
