Login Issue

I am having the same login issue I had last time. Account is able to login on the website, but the launcher keeps giving me the notification "incorrect username or password". I resolved this last time by redownloading the launcher, but it is not working to resolve this again. I have reset my password using the website, the "i forgot" button within the launcher, I have checked my files using the launcher, and redownloaded the game. I am not sure what could be causing this again.

 

If you are sure that your username and password are correct then make sure "REMEMBER" box is selected and then try to login. This sometimes solves the issue.

 

i have the same problem, pls help it doesnt work with remember my datas...

 

I have checked and unchecked the remember password box and it has not resolved my issue

still have not received help on this issue

It has been almost a week since this post was created and I have not received any assistance with this from staff.

 

Try to change your password and try to log-in again and don't forget to tick the remember box.
