    hi
    the first thing is i used my name change ticket and i cant quit on my game, cannot switch characters.
    so it stucked here all the time when i login. i dunno what to do >.<
    i tried to login other account is works, so my main account is unable to login
    it has nothing to do with my game version it suddenly happened

    Had the same problem many times, all that you can do is restart the game client. If it wont help, restart your computer. Worked for me.

    it logged but the problem is character selection, i want to use my other glad but it happened as if im kicked from the game. maybe because i sent an unstick request on it. its okay for now i can access the game now.

    Well, I've issued another unstuck for your glad, but I'm pretty sure your glad got stuck and made the whole account stuck, that's why after my unstuck you're able to reach character screen.
