Well, forget that MR will work against SM ...

SM on MA steroids have aprox 2200 Maa .. With their passive, which "might" work here they have an extra 250 Maa ..
So your MR can go "***" ...

As for sorc, the moment you get CoF/W, and you have two debufs, which you will have, your are done ....
Sm is the most easier class to cover their silence, not mentioning their buffs removal and also Contract of Ressitance ..

When fighting SM So far I ave only one tactic ... blind leap in range, now, If he has contract on, Burn it down with Flame cage, if not CoW right of the bat then SS ... One the this is done, I have BIIIIG upperhand over SM .... I can freely debuff him, silence him and nuke/Aether hold .. but besides this situation SM ( considering SM knows how to play ) crushes me every time ....

And the fact they now have uuuuber interupt tool. a.k.a their pet ....

Pretty decent and very strong class in Aion , One of the tops I would say .
It is easy to play fearbomb SM, but it is a lot harder to manage to play without fear ... These days I see too much SM, that can only do CoF/W, while I sleep them .. and after this they run away ....

 

simply depends on your personal skill/ping, not only on the class.

even if sm is the only real class made for 1vs1 on aion...

Ping , Gear and Skill are the Most Important yes.
As about the 1v1 class , i believe that's just for the Retail Stigma System players. In Siel , most of the classes are good in 1on1s as there is no Stigma System Implemented there.

I'm not sure what server this guy plays on. Someone said he's from <Cafe Fairy> which means he's on Siel->Elyos.

Im chanter and full resist ping 150~250

 

With 6-7 scrolls, templar can kill sm in 1v1, imo, since dispells cds. of course with MR set. Also templars needs know his skills, and timing.

 

Ranger can kill easy SM, if ranger will use at the time Focused Evasion & Nature's Resolve + GHP

 

Hmm .. Scrolls will be just fuel To his/her Dmg from Dispells ... they would might be able to cover your main buffs, but after 30 sec they would be gone .... and on full MR, that measn you wont crit a shit .... so SM will just outlast your Buffs then kite you again ...

ive try playing SM using my sorc set and i can kill any class without a problem.

@topic, any class can kill a certain class. as mentioned on other post above me. it depends on ur Gear/Skill/Ping/FPS(mine sucks).

u have a chance winning vs an SM if it wont use its fear lock

Yes thats the point/ even its fuelling the skills, i can recover from his dispells with pots, if the sm lasts 30secs, thats my problem to solve, usually i solve it ^^, even against with spiritsubs. but i gave my opinion and hint how to kill sm in 1v1. i dont need to proof anything in here. but soon we meet at lumiel, once server transfer is implemented ^^

 

oh if he is on siel, then that's different
i'm not able to judge siel's gameplay =)

It's a class that really hard to deal with even if "SM" vs "Other class" when both players have the equal skills, SM by default should have the advantage..

For gladiator, here's how my tactic like.. :

[Making sure you make the first move if possible & finish SM ASAP without time hesistating]

1)Charge
2)Crushing blow [Stumble skill] (Forces SM to use "Remove shock" skills)
3)Final Strike [Target on Stumbled player] (Total of this 2 skills should have remove the SM's 'stone skin' skill)

=SM usually by now will use remove shock. Either staying up with its remove shock buff for 7 second to resist stumble etc OR using their remove shock + chain skill, which they wont have the resist stun buff for tht moment=

4) Berserk [Buff ur atk 80%] ( Use it only when your have sufficient HP & Time )
5) Piercing wave [Reduces its defence by 500 def] ( Use it only when your have sufficient HP & Time)
6) Aerial Lock [ Immobilize enemy in air about 4-5 seconds ]
7) Severe Precision Cut [ Stumble skill ] ( Advisable with the aids of casting speed scroll )
8) Ferocious Strike CHAIN [ Stumble skill ] ( Advisable with the aids of atk spd scroll )
9) Precision cut [Normal skills] ( Probably finish the SM with this skills before it gets up from the stumble)

Provided stumble lock skills smoothly without gaps, without chance for SM to hp pot, without cleric's heal, without etc & without bugs involve.

You could even use the 2K DP skills of "Explosion Rage" [Stumble Skill] that has only 10 seconds of cool down.

Even using 99% focus & skill up against a SM, it's not guarentee successful. By default, they are just too powerful. This is just a sharing for gladiators upagainst a SM (Or any other class may work too)..

 

Assasinn & Sorcerer KILL Spirit master !

 

what I did on ryuzi and I won the tourney that way semifinals was 2 ely templar and sm ranger asmo<.<

 

Roll a SM yourself or learn to play your ****ing current class. Sayonara~
