Solved Looking For Help

I have a Problem with my Account... After i changed my Password i can't Open My account In game but in Gamezaion.com i can open My Account Is anyone encounter problem like this?

 

"ID or Password does not match (2)" but can login on the website. (picture)
The game client does not recognize special symbols for passwords while the website does, change your password to include only letters and numbers and no symbols and try again. There have been rare cases where the same problem happened if the password was way too long (30 characters or so). Another reason is that you're trying to login on retail instead of the Gamez server, make sure you're launching the game through the Gamez Launcher and not the NCsoft launcher.

Well I run Gamezaion Launcher. then after i enter my password that have special symbols it say's ID or Password does not match (2) But on Gamezaion.com Site i can Open my Account.Well First thing To do is I need to change my password without Special Symbols right sir? My Second Problem is I try to change my Password But No confirmation Popup on My Email account.

Nope still playing since 2010 .This is my first time i encounter this because my password is almost 40 letters with numbers lol.
