    Your only showing what items you have on your screen shot and there's no indication of "items went missing" on your post. Your account probably got hacked from playing into a cafe. We're sorry for your loss.

    Pretty much what they said.

    Items don't just disappear and very unlikely if all the valuable items in the account are involved and leaving the characters in-tact which leaves us to the conclusion that someone got into your account and took all your stuffs.

    That being said, unfortunately, there's nothing can be done as stated above, "Your account is your responsibility."

    I think you may have spent your password to a friend or something and he may have gotten their items, because I never saw any case the item disappear from nothing ...
