Good day

before the restart on december 11th 2018 i had 14 going on 15 pages of messages. of all those messages 2 were family fund and the rest were pearls. i was on up ontil the restart . i was not able to log out my character so it got bumped off. after the restart when i logged in my message box contained 4 messages, one was the welcome to gamezbd message, one was family fund, 1 was 1 pearl message and the other was a preeorder of beer. i made no beer preorders recently because i have a stash of aver 1000 of them. i lost all the pearl messages. i reloged but to no avail. now everytime i login at bot my locations where i play from the client crashes to desktop about 2 to 3 times before the game can stay stable for a while, and once it loads, the game would load 2 or 3 times before its playable. in others it would load but no npc then a few seconds reload and they appear, i have noticed empty inventory and empty messages in the same manner also. it dont think its lag atleast not from my ends i have a 15 mb/s connection, both pc have ok specs for the game with high end graphics cards. prior to this the server and client all worked flawlessly in my opinion.

My Main character Toney also seems bugged ... cannot log him in at all. Crash to desktop on every channel but my alt loads fine

 

The mailbox problem I can easily help you with because the letters you gain will be grouped together into one mail after a server restart, which means that all the family funds and all the pearls that where in your mailbox filling up the pages are now grouped into one mail for familyfunds and one for pearls. I recently got 6.200 pearls in one mail due to the server restart, so I hope this helps

About the odd gameloading and crashing I can only recommend that you do a "Force-Check" in the Launcher in Settings, and write a Private message for the staff about your bugged Main-Character.
