Lost 16b when game crashed

when patch 2.0 came i lose 5b at broker. a few days after, i lost 16b from my one character.

i was crafting some balaur just now when suddenly the game crashed. when i relogin my 16b+ became 300m+. so i reloged again - low and behold my kinah became 20m. i bought nothing except for the items needed in crafting at NPC.

the saddest part is i dont have any SS coz how can i do such when the game already crashed. besides, the game oftenly crashes but there were no problems with kinah/item lost until now.

so frustrating. my 3-week hard earned kinah vanished just like that.

any GM could help me?
