Lost 5+ on my friends accessories while sending them via mail.

My good friend lent me there 5+ accessories and I wanted to return them, however they were offline so I figured I would mail them the accessories back so they can use them when they get online as our time zones are quiet different. My friend received the accessories via mail however the 5+ enchantments on all off the accessories (2x rings, 2x earring + necklace/belt) were all removed.

Just making this thread seen as I'm unable to make a post on the bug report thread.

 

Yea that happens to everyone right now. Thats why we tell people now not to send stuff through mail. I think items lose their augment too.

I have seen no announcements , or in-game warning about this bug. =\

and yeah, I don't usually mail items its just that as I said my friend has different times zone so it's hard to catch them online while I am.

Oh well at least now I know. ^.^

Anyway hopefully it gets fixed.
