lost abg items

    before i say my problem i wanna show u this proof that i have abg set...


    my problem was my abg set and access set + abg jewel is now gone... it happened when i put my items on account warehouse... and i deleted my char... then i created an asmo char.... after level 18 i go to pandae.. and get my abg items.. the next day i open my char and now its all gone any gm hellp me retrieve my items

    So, you had an elyos. Used the account warehouse to transfer them. Made an Asmo.

    Meaning you reset your account. There are plenty of threads about this, as well as the option of using the SAFE Character Transfer Service. Which would have allowed you to do what you wanted to do in the first place.

    Sorry but there is nothing we are able to do for user errors.
