Lost Account

Hello guys i'm been spending like 4 hours now retrieving my old account. the last time i played is 2010 or early 2011 i think i already forgot when did i stop..

Is there any possible way can i retrieve my account? i already did the email address thing but i think i accidentally use my same email for making a new account is that possible??

anyway is there i could speak to regarding my case i'll answer any question about my old account i still know my usser name..

if you didn't log-in in site or in game with in 5-6 months your account will be automatically deleted.

Sadly, what they say is true. If you haven't logged in a long time, your account was automatically deleted.

 

Your first account no longer exist. Aside of your in-activity more than 7 months both in-game and website, it is proven clearly when you stated you were able to re-use the registered e-mail on your first account to the new one you made. Given this information, sad to say but there is no way for you to be able to retrieve your completely deleted account. Good luck on starting over.
