Lost all my settings with the 3.29 patch, able to be restored?

So I finally returned this morning to try out the new Nova and continue my progress, everything was as it was when I took a break back in summer 2020. However after the patch update was implemented this afternoon, logging in I lost all my settings. When I looked to the settings archive I had nothing saved, despite my settings remaining the same earlier in the morning before the servers came down at 7am EST.

Is there any way to recover my old graphics, audio, u.i settings from before without a template in the settings archive? I didn't even know it existed or else I would've backed up.
