Lost credit and lost item!! Help!!!

    After i used my credits to buy mastarius tome ...... I purchased then poof!!! My credit is gone ..... Due to excitement .... I log-in immediately .. Then.. Wahhhhhhh no item.... I check again my credits... No credits.. Check my log .. No purchase log.... Wtf..... What the hell happened.. I have waited for so long re logging and re logging .. And there was none..... T_t

    yeahhh.. im not creating something here..... i dont know why...... even if they check my voting logs.. i have voted . then poof.. after purchase .. no lags no item no credits....... i know deep in my heart.... i wont lie and try my best just to have a weapon.... but im betting my hardship through voting .. and all of the sudden i have none?? it hurts. T_T....

    i cant find anuhart ranger shoes that's why.... even anuhart i buy in item mall..... now i dont have mastarius tome... huhu....

    can a GM check voting logs?? i know when they can check it.. they can also say that there is something wrong that happened....

    well...... i hope this can be solved and i think.. this is the first time it happened... if it cant be solved maybe...... maybe i need to vote again... and wait for a very long time.... T_T

    i lost the mastarius tome....... after i bought..... it did not register the purchase log along with loosing credits... and no items....
