Resolved Lost items during patch

    Before the patch started yesterday (31/07/2019), i sent 100 artisan memories and 215 memory fragments with transport of a freight wagon from Altinova to Velia. Logging in today, nothing has arrived and they are no where to be found. I am suspecting they might've been lost during the patch. Please help.
