Lost kinah from warehouse

    i lost 600m on my warehouse.. I place it on warehouse I think 1 week later now when I check it, its gone T_T.. I'm new in game and I need that kinah..

    You can get refund if you have ss(screenshot).
    This is a known issue from lately.

    How can i have an SS? if i dont know it will happen.. i mean i dont have ss cuz its on my warehouse.. i didnt expect that it will gone T_T ...i can SS my char now but my kinah that are lost i cant take an SS for that T_T
