Lost Marketplace Transaction Money

Hello, during the issues yesterday right before the server dropped into maintenance mode I sold a TRI Blue Wizard Awakening for about 300 mil. Collected it and then my game froze kicked me out and said server is in maintenance. After I logged on later I noticed that the money was not there and I could not claim the sale from the marketplace and the item was gone. Is there any way to resolve this or is it just a loss?

 

Unfortunately, there is no way to recover items that were lost due to server maintenance (rollback in your case).

 

How come in the rollback it just disappeared then? Just curious, it didn't roll the item back to me or the MP or to the sold portion before I claimed it. Something internal?

 

Sometimes a rollback happens when the server has to be restarted due to issues going on, especially if said character is still online when the server goes down.
