Lost Pen Accessory during server lag/shutdown phase​

Bug Description:

Pen Manos Ruby Earring(21dp item)
One of my items from warehouse disappeared when the server was lagging and its still lost after the server restart. I had 2 Pen Manos Earring in warehouse,i was taking them out and only 1 was put in inventory,the other disappeared.i checked on all my characters and storage and warehouse,cannot find it.I took them out not being aware of any lag/shutdown until i realized i couldnt change characters to check if it was on a different character.

the server shutdown was at 12:48 gmt and restart was at 13:53gmt and i had reported to kolka as soon as i could but he had not responded as of posting this report so i made a report here​

How to reproduce/proof:

i do not possess any proof,but no pen manos ruby earring has been sold since the 14th so i def did not list/sell mine​
