    Hello,
    My name is Keldhan in game and i play on EU-Server. I'm not really good in English and i am sorry.
    So my problem is :
    When i was playing, i lost my Pen Optimizations on my weapons and some armors in one time after i died against Garmoth.
    Why? How? It's very discouraging to lvl up my stuff and to have nothing after.
    What i'm supposed to do?
    Help me please,
