For me... I've been in love many times with people... my best friend since Jr. High actually ended up turning on me and when I confessed my love for him he agreed he liked me back and all that and his homophobic father ended up hurting me and prolly his son worse.... I had broken ribs and my left arm was actually fractured in multiple locations.

Then again in first year I fell in love with a guy in my math class and essentially he ruined me :< I even dropped out of the class x.x

Those were the only two times previous I "loved", although I ****ed around and had a lot of fun with anyone I felt like it.

But finally... years later after being a cynical jerk, I have found the love of my life and he loves me back... it is a feeling 100000% different than before... I wake up in the morning feeling complete and full of life and happiness and ready to tackle the day, knowing he'll be there when I come back. I feel I can trust him, and vice versa, we share similar (and many different mind you) traits and interests and it just... idk how do describe it. It is amazing. It is just so much better than when I was in love before

So love... it exists :3 but you need to be patient and let it come into its own... it isn't something one should ever push or try and "obtain". It isn't an item it is more of a sense of being.

 

Well it can go both way, but mostly it really is up on how you're playing the card, cause if you really want to be with her and think she is the one for you, nothing should be stopping you, build up your future with your hands.

What matter the most is your faith of love in her, and 2 years and 6 months is a long time considering you're only 17 most people don't even last for 6months when they are that age.

Don't think about anything but her, love her, be with her, everything you do should be for the both of you, don't let the opportunity slip out the window, and if anything actually do go bad stick with through the end together it shows you're not going to give in and you want to make it happen.
