Hello, I have a question. I have a character named Lucy, lv 65, and after logging in - disconeckt. I made another character and I can play without a problem. What do I have to do to log in to lv 65?

 

Hey there! A few things to try if it's still an ongoing issue:

• Use the 'Unstick' feature in the website. Go to My Characters and you should see the 'Unstick' button.
• Relaunch the client.

Hello, if I unstick a character, will it disappear? from the account. I checked that I have a different inventory than in reality. Before I do this, please check if the character has a +20 weapon and the entire +15 set, all the jewelry from Antriksha, I have screenshots and I was in contact with the player Skips, I got the weapon from him, the rest I got everything myself. The Unstick Feature doesn't do anything to your items nor does it remove your character from the account. It helps if your character got stuck somewhere or if you're experiencing your situation now.
