    I've tried to google this problem and only found suggestions to forfeit and re-accept the quest or contact a GM. After forfeting and accepting it several times there's still nothing and I have not received a slate to progress the quest.

    Any and all help would be appreciated.

    "Completion Target: Black Spirit" (https://bdocodex.com/us/quest/205/1/) We use the BDO-codex site for information on the game, not the database.

    I expect that you just talk to the black spirit, and the quest is completed...otherwise you would need to make a video of what is happening and post a bug report with it.
