M boost damage in pve?

I just Tested my rune dmg on Training Dummy with no magic boost, rune cave lvl 5:
Signet Silence : 2345 dmg , with 10 magic boost i hit 2371 so i assume every 1mb u give 2.6 more magic dmg.
Agony Rune II : 1091 dmg
Normal attack : 1700-2100 critical dmg
I think with 1500 mb i hit a maximum 6300-6500 normal hit on Training Dummy. Last time i tested Rune dmg was on 2.1 and i remember the dmg on signet was above 4k on dummy with no mb.

I just Tested Signet on a Enemy player : 986 dmg ) , the 3nd one land because of Oath of Accuraci(+500 Mac) , this answer your question if rune can be resisted (yes a lot ).
