Macro's in between sets

so guys how do you macros changing between set ?? So atm i got 2 ea principal plate set set(1)full damage set(2)full block. I used to do macros in between sets during pvp that was 4.8 but its seems not working for me on 5.0?, i dont know why. When i try to macros the set it only reads as one so for ex. I wanna switch to full block but it only choose full damage sets which am using.. is there any sort of delay setting on macros or what?,
