Magic Resist - How does it work? What's the Cap now?

well, many players cry about entangling shot...
they just forget that sleep arrow is bugged too.
it get resisted too often by every class...i mean ppl don't need mr stones on their build to resist at 70% to sleep arrow...this is not retail-like at all...(traps are still bugged too)

I don't rly care about entangling shot and i would prefer evilset to fix sleep arrow with this one...
not just fixing entangling and leaving sleep arrow bugged like that...

I know mr is totally broken on this server...BUT...
IMO, gamez aion's players were used to resist to everything with a 100% chance by building a mr set.
I remember clerics running from a side of heiron, to another side, with 50 noobs behind them trying to control them.
they were just healing/dispelling/healing/dispelling...till ppl get bored of this uninteresting game style.

So, of course they must fix mr, but they should put it really "retail-like"
(with chance ratios depending on the mr amounts) and not making it OP to make ppl happy on this server...
maybe ppl are annoyed to not resist to entangling shot...
but there are more players bored of seeing mr noobs resisting to every stuns with a 100% chance...
