Magical implosion bugged

    Tried making a bug report, not sure if it went through or not, kept getting error messages, not allowed to view or post here and such.
    But magical implosion is meant to leave a dot effect, if you use on a buffed, debuffed, or unbuffed target it leaves nothing but damage, no dot effect, nothing.
