Mail bug need am/gm

my mail box is full and when i click it to try and get my items out i disconnect instantly i had no idea of this bug until my freind told me about it anyway i was wondering if am/gm could delete some of my empty messages in my mailbox so it's not full so i dont d.c when using the mail box please... or take them out of my mail box and put them into my inventory cause some of my items in my mail box range over 10k+ credits all together :3

Items in my mail box -

Full ABG plate set - legs/gloves/armpits/body/helment. 7000+ credits all together

ECC polearm 2500+ credits

Enraged mastiarus polearm 1500+ credits

35 100+ enchantment stones. 2000+ credits

20+ 145+ enchantment stones. 2000+ credits.

1X costume. 750+ credits

and ECC accessories necklace possibly more can't remember clear...

And yes i brought these items I mailed them from my alt vip account to my main character (heidiee). so yeah im the 1 who spent alot of cash on these items

Could a gm please get the items out i dont want my mail box deleted... i spent over 10k on all these items $100+. I had no idea mail box was bug im sort of new to the server if i knew i would of deleted my empty messages in my mail box believe me i woulden't risk my items like that... But if a gm could help my character name is : Heidiee and im server: Siel
