Mailbox error

Hello,

First of all sry for bad english its not my mother language. I have an issue in GamezAion. If i want to open my (full) mailbox on my character Tiamates there comes a message with: ur mailbox is full pls delete some mails, but if i click OK my game automatically crashes instantly.
On my other characters i can normally open the mailbox but its not full there.

So can u pls delete all mails from my ingame mailbox of my character Tiamates pls? I think that would solve the problem.

Im looking forward for an answer.

Hello; your issue will be reported to admins; so that your mailbox gets wiped.
