Guide-how to Fixed Full Mail-Box

Some players experience a bug that automatically d.c them when they try and click there mail-box this is due to having a fullmail box.

I have actually had this problem and people said the bug is impossible to fix and to delete my char I also have contacted Admin and they told me they can delete all my mail including the mail with items and I didn't like that so I tested on how to fix it and found a easy way.

The bug isn't server related it's actually your computer that is causing the bug well not exactly your computer but some type of file in your Aion file on your computer.

The "Delete Mail" Command will not fix this bug so don't even try it.

Update:

Some people do not experience dcing or Disconnect at all if you don't then your lucky!

How to fix your Mail box?

1. Log into your Aion account on a different computer this will allow you check mail-box with dcing and once you log in remember to delete useless/empty mail so you can log back onto your original computer.

If you don't got another computer then that's fine it doesn't mean you have to do store and buy a new one, just go to your local library or cafe or some where when you can use other computers. If you want to spend hours waiting for Aion to download then I recommend getting a USB so you can transfer Aion from your computer to the computer that your using to log in.

2. If you got a real-life friend or some one you really trust, then let them log onto your account so they can fix the bug for you. I highly recommend changing your password right after they fix it for you and remember give your password at your own risk and to some one you extremely trust.
