Mailbox still bugged

My character's mailbox is still bugged :'(
it's been 4 months now. Please Help

I've forwarded it through to the higher-ups. They should attend to it soon.

Just a note though, to fix full mailbox, the mails inside would need to be wiped. Therefore you can't get back your event prizes from them.

have same problem with full mailbox..but im lucky since update 4.7 my problem is gone. my mailbox is empty.

Just to let you know, when your mailbox is fixed, then all items that are in it and all mail will be permanently deleted. I have passed this on.

If you can, I suggest to just give it up and maybe just create a new character. It's really hard to get one thing to be fixed here, I've experienced it myself. I had to basically beg so hard, create several threads to get Shield Counter fixed which was bug since 2.5 and just got fixed at 4.0. It's not even that complex as a skill too.

If you got really important stuff on your mailbox then I don't know what else can you do. Considering you're getting the same exact response for the past 5 months regarding the same problem and still the problem is there.
