    I know that it is mainly just me that has this problem, but I feel the need to post it since I have already done a force-check to see if it fixed the problem, however it did not. When I open the main map screen there are NO icons at all, nowhere on the entire map can I interact with the cities, towns, or nodes as I used to be able to.

    Any suggestions?

    Well, after deleting the Docs/cache as well as the version.dat and reinstalling the AIO-package followed by a Force-Check, everything is now working just fine :)
