Maintenance Notifications

Hey there,
the last times i noticed that the maintenances are just announced by:
The servers are shoutdown shortly for...

It would be realy nice when we will get a time in advance for prepareing and finishing our stuff.

Like we just accepted a guild mission and 5 mins later the notification came up with ..will shutdown shortly...


May you can plan such a maintenance for fixes or updates whatever with maybe 30min-1h in advance?

I think they announce it on discord? correct me if im wrong.

 

When there was a announcement then it appears in generall chat which is, yea, perm "spammed"
When they even would announce it in the server sections it would be great, but as it is in the offical bdo servers, it would be nice if the notifications ingame starts 30 min before maintenance.

 

I feel like they should probably announce it in the news-patch-notes channel (or some other channel that is not the general chat) on the discord with an @everyone ping so everyone can see it. Sometimes I'm doing something else while having BDO in the background and then suddenly my game closes and I have no idea why till I read the server chat.

They did this previously, so I don't know why they suddenly stopped doing it.
