Major problem regarding vote points PLEASE ADVICE

So i voted my ass off and finaly got 2k vote points. My plan was to buy 1 ABG necklace and 1 ABG Earring. But terrible shit happened and i bought ABG necklace on gamez aion site. I did not recive the necklace for 2 min's and i got worried. My friend told me to buy things in game with black cloud traider. And so i did. I got a necklace in game and i got it right away. Then i noticed thes lil' trader that was next to me and he brought me the necklace that i bought over the site. Now i have 2 necklaces instead of 1. I made a mistake and i want to redo this. Is there a way to refund 1 necklace or at least have it replaced for the ABG earring? Im not vip. Please help! I dont want to lose 1k vote points!
