major quest problem

    i have just completed the quest to get the inggison plate pauldrons by getting 30 dragonbound bandanas and 50k but i cant turn in the quest. the npc says im missing one of the 2 items but i am not =/ everyone else seems to be completing the quest no problem so it seems my character may be bugged in some way? pls need help on this
