Make Kroban Access in Siege Roll Dice.

I don't know what's stopping you guys from making this thing happen. Pls fix this before people start losing interest doing siege.
Your algorithm is messed up for the kroban random inventory drop rather than roll dice'ing it.

1. In sieges, everyone can loot (but blank). Because the access will randomly go to a random player's inventory. What we found out, it randomly goes to an alliance first, then randomly goes to 2 players inside the SAME ALLIANCE. Yes, you can join a league with only 2 people inside your alliance and have the chance that those 2 characters gets it.
2. If a faction somehow manages to win a double siege (inggi and gelk), you need to reset the league before going to the 2nd fort. Reset league, leave everyone from the alliance. Back to 0. Because if not, the rng for the Kroban Access stays and the same people will get the Kroban Access twice

3. Here's the messy part because anyone can ninja loot it.
The last alliance to join the league always gets it.
How to ninja loot? Make an ally of only 2 people. They will surely get it. If it's not 2 people, it will roll ONLY AT THE PEOPLE INSIDE THE LAST ALLIANCE OF THE LEAGUE.

Can you guys just change this ASAP? You guys manage to change the loot drop from 5 to 2 and making it not account wh tradeable behind the scenes that fast. Players literally trying to figure out the messed up algo.
