    You're gonna have to use Proxifier or other programs to do so
    else the server wont let you in as theres a IP restriction

    Just visit League of Legends - Free Online Game | LoL - League of Legends
    Click on Play for Free
    When you fill out the registration sheet, make sure you changed the region to North America.
    Then change your client patcher to North American, it will patch it up to the latest version of NA patches and then you're ready to play.
    Also make sure you use AOL or Proxifier to modify your IP, I heard it doesn't allow Asian users.
