Finished Making Magical Shards Happen!

Trouble finding Magical Shards for your guaranteed PEN (V) Boss Gear upgrade and PEN (V) Accessory? Then, this event is for you!

Event 1. Bringing Back Some Magic
Event Period
- October 15, 2022 after maintance - November 20, 2022 before maintance

Event Details
① Receive the following item from the Challenge (Y) menu depending on your playtime during the event.

* The event Challenge resets daily at midnight (00:00) and can be completed once a day per Family.

* The completion rewards for the event Challenges will stack until claimed.

② Use Processing (L) - Simple Alchemy with the [Event] Fragment of Depleted Magic (60-minute Challenge reward) and Black Gem Fragments to craft Magical Shards.

▲ Press the Processing (L) button to activate the UI, and click the icon for the Simple Alchemy menu.
Right-click the materials in your Inventory to select them and press the “Start” button to begin processing!


* You can process the items above even after the event ends, so make sure to keep the Challenge rewards! ​

Event 2. It's Raining Black Magic Crystals!

Event Details

- During the event, the drop rate of Black Magic Crystals will be increased in Valencia monster zones, and you’ll also be able to obtain Black Magic Crystals by defeating monsters in the Kratuga Ancient Ruins. However, this event does not apply to the Basilisk monsters that are spawned from Gorgo's Nightmare Summon Scroll.

▲ Go to the in-game ESC menu > Item Drop Information UI to find out where you can obtain Black Magic Crystals.

* Additional Notices

- The playtime for Challenges may be delayed if you change servers, go to the customization menu, or the character selection screen.
- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on mitigating circumstances. If changes are made, they can be found on this event page.
- Event items may have restrictions (sale/trade) and/or different binding settings/expiration dates. Due to this reason, these items cannot be transferred or restored.
- For details such as whether the item is bound, please refer to the in-game item description.
- Items and/or rewards that were used or collected normally cannot be recovered.
