    after socketing my MS <Manastone: Crit Strike +19 / Crit Strike +9> into my BL GS (Fused) and now after checking it, it turns into <Manastone: Crit Strike +19 / Magic Resist +9>...

    It is a visual bug on the manastone yes. And for real it is crit/mr, not crit/crit!
