What is bugged with that step:
Jarrett Domongart is not at the quest location to accept turn-in

How to reproduce the issue:
It seems that it might be local to some accounts, channel swapping and re-logging does not resolve.​

Hi, all npcs in BDO world sappear in disappear related your quest line. If u not see npc its mean u skipped some story line where it appear, so u need cancell all current quest and finish Balenos and Serendia story lines where this npc affected.

 

Thank you! I'll do that and double check, I'm on the mediah storyline now so I assumed I'm done with Balenos and Serendia... You can close the ticket since that will obviously take time lol
