Manos Accessory Enhancement

I'm looking into lifeskilling and upgrading manos accessories so im curious about enhancement rates of Accessories.
What would be the enhancement rates for manos accessories here, are they affected by stacks?
I see that TET are 9 bil and pens are 19 bil, would be stupid to buy a TET if chance to get PEN is same 8% as on retail...
Does enhancement weekend work with them ?

Also enhancing manos gear PRI-PEN is same as on retail ?

i agree with you its low chance and prices should be more cuz we enchant almost all accessorys at least %40 chance, i'd just buy tet manos gear and that will enough for caps and try to make pen clothes which same chance on retail.

there is a similiar thing about alchemy stones chances are too low and price of item is definitely not worth to sell it so there is no market of some alchemy stones. i've seen a lot of threads like this i hardly believe devs will do about it
