    Marketplace Purchase Issue​
    Bug Description:
    I bought a kzarka shortsword +0 from the marketplace, however I never received the item. The funds were deducted from my bank in Heidel.​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    This occurred at 10:15 EST, 11/30/18 on the EU server. I believe there may have been a significant lag spike while I was trying to purchase the item.​
