    Open my link - its first quest.
    All other quest u can take not form BS but form npc. So u stopped on one of npc and u need come to npc and continue quest line untill finish.
    Jst use link on website where text: Next quest in the chain
    and step by stel check quests untill u find npc where u stopped.
