    [Mechanism] Hot-Spring Energy recovery​
    Bug Description:
    At the moment the Hot-Springs in Duvencrune, do spawn a buff icon with a countdown, but at the end of it nothing happens.​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Go to a Hot-Spring in Duvencrune, and go into the pools, notice the buff icon starting a countdown. It should give Energy Recovery at the end of the countdown.​

    Its not must give energy on end of countdown, it give u buff - energy regeneration count, so when energy tick happen and if u now under buff u will got extra energy.
