Bug Description:

I have mega lags when I fly (Lahn) from the Wharf manager (Velia) to storage then I have always mega lags.​

This is related to your computer hardware and bdo settings.
My graphics card is shit, and I know, now is not a good time to replace it.
So I will not go to a higher-end picture setting, because I need a stable 165hz.
Simply put, the graphics card allows you to have a higher picture quality and a higher frame rate.
But it doesn't mean that the cpu is not important, at least in the 1% low part, or loading any scene objects (or players) can make you have a smoother frame rate. (Simply say, the size of the l3 cache, so 5800x3d will It is said to be the god cpu of online games, but only 1080p)
The LOD of the bdo engine is very close, this problem existed when bdo was first publicly tested.(now? Nothing has changed, even retail)
So when you pass velia or heidel at a fast speed, when you stop, a large number of objects will be loaded in large quantities.
Our client is a bit different from retail, we removed performance optimization. (Simply speaking, more ram can be used on bdo, but as far as I know, it will only have an impact on having more than 32g ram, but the actual effect How, I don't know)
