Merge problem, not all characters transfering?

I just tried transferring the character that was sent to the test server again and it ended up going to Lumiel this time. I updated my post on another thread with this info but I guess it fits here too, plus the other thread is kind of dead.

Edit: Steps I've gone through in total during this confusing ordeal: Tried to transfer and received the error of the character not existing on the account > Tried again the next day and it said it was transferring and that it would take 5 - 10 mins > Waited an hour or so and checked my characters and it was not on Lumiel > Checked the Test server and found the character > Was confused on what to do next so I just waited another day or so > Got curious and tried transferring the character again using the form and it said it was transferring and this time after 15 or 20 minutes I checked my characters and it was on Lumiel.

 

sadly no solution atm =(

 

this worked for me too with one char. an other was jsut lost completely (not even on the test server) and then suddenly i tried again and its on lumiel. so yeah there is a way to "unbugg" it..but the chance for it aint too high...sadly

hey ya sherv not only in Elyos side even in Asmo side there's a low lvl players 3 of them are asking of help to make fast leveling when i log my "Ranger still stocked on test Server" i need my Pepsicola we are hoping that admin will make immediate action regarding this matter.

Sir ma'am this is a suggestion is it possible for those character from crystal to gamez (Exclusive)to have a free stigma shard each character in order to socket the stigma skills?.

yeah lolz some ppl are just lost lvling on a ghost server hahah but ohh well think theyll realize it soon enough..just weird seeing ppl there, i actually thought i had seen a ghost when i saw a lvl 9 ranger running past me in sanctum hahahaha:w00t:

and abt solution, not 100 % jsut that, logging in cancels it so if the transaction takes more than one hour, log in and cancel it like that + remove cookies on your browser and try again. one of those times you *might* succed. and if not either jsut let it be or get up and try again..

my 3 char is still on the test server(Urtear, Vendy, Skywalkerr)
i try'd to transfer them already more time. hope it will change soon.
