Merge Problems

I try to transfer my characters from crystal to lumiel.
I send the form and respond that in 5-10 min the character will be in lumiel.
After about 20 hours i check my account and the character is not in.
Also if i try to send form for the same character accepted again from the system
and respond again that my character will be transfered in 5-10 min.
The first character i send form Tranfrered in lumiel, any other character i try 2 and 3 times each one the same result,
which is that after 20-24 hours the character (probably) stay in crystal because if i send form for the same character accepted from the system and say again for the 5-10 minutes.
I really dont know what to do. I am really sad about !!!!
