Merv's Palette not working.

    Awhile ago I noticed that my Merv's Palette wasn't lining up with my value pack. Now that Merv's has ran out, my value pack of 14 days has not given me a new one. What gives?

    If you got your value pack from "[Event] EU server when?!?!" challenge and it doesn't come with a merv's pallete.
